Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to lead end‑to‑end hiring initiatives for both internal teams and external clients. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and team coordination to ensure timely and compliant staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Coordinate hiring requirements with clients and hiring managers.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment databases, records, and regular reports.
• Provide recruitment updates to clients and management.
• Supervise and support recruitment team activities as needed.
• Support employer branding, talent acquisition, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
