Pre‑Sales Associate

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Pre‑Sales Associate role in Dar es Salaam supports AXIA’s sales team by identifying prospects, qualifying leads and preparing proposals for consultancy, recruitment and training services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and client research to understand needs and trends.
• Gather client requirements and align AXIA’s service offerings.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, calls and bid/tender processes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tracking tools.
• Continuously improve pre‑sales materials and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or solution‑based product support.
• Strong communication, analytical, research and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dar es Salaam and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM or similar sales tracking tools.
