Personal Banker – Dodoma Branch

About the role

As the first point of contact for International Personal Banking (IPB) clients, you will deliver exceptional service across phone, email and face‑to‑face channels. You will provide tailored financial solutions within defined parameters while maintaining a client‑centric mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IPB clients, handling inquiries and transactions.
• Offer appropriate financial solutions while adhering to governance processes.
• Manage client interactions through phone, email and in‑branch meetings.
• Utilise the contact‑centre CRM system to log and track client communications.
• Handle difficult calls, resolve queries promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Banking, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1‑2 years experience in personal or private banking, or strong customer‑service background.
• Demonstrated behavioural competencies such as client focus, adaptability, teamwork and problem‑solving.
