People Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The GA People Specialist – Learning & Development will manage, coordinate and facilitate regional learning and development programs, customizing materials and delivering training to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and facilitate all regional L&D programs.
• Identify learning needs per program and customize relevant material in collaboration with the Global People Development Team.
• Facilitate training sessions and regular contact with learners to evaluate progress.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and address concerns identified during evaluations.
• Conduct regional training needs analysis, assess skill gaps and maintain a training calendar.
• Assist in curriculum development, content creation and maintain the foundational training framework.
• Prepare and submit regional L&D reports, measure training effectiveness and analyse data for improvement.
• Manage the organisation’s LMS, including course mapping, enrollment, tracking progress and reporting.
• Support project activities, stakeholder communication and escalation of tasks.
• Research local and international best practices, benchmark ROI and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure training programs comply with regulatory, safety, diversity and ethics standards.
