Part Sales Executive

About the role

The Part Sales Executive will drive sales growth by promoting and selling spare parts for Chinese trucks. You will expand the customer base, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Engage with new clients while maintaining at least 90% customer retention.
• Build long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and competitor activities.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client visits to develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure successful sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in spare‑part sales, preferably for Chinese trucks (FAW, HOWO, Shacman).
• Existing client base within the truck spare‑parts industry.
• Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
