Operations Follow‑Up Supervisor

About the role

Boxleo Courier & Fulfillment Services Limited is seeking an Operations Follow‑Up Supervisor to manage daily logistics activities at its Tabata office. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that dispatched orders are tracked, delivered, and documented accurately, supporting smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls on dispatched orders to confirm delivery progress, customer availability, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with field delivery agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track each order from dispatch through successful delivery and provide final status updates to the finance department.
• Monitor delivery agents to guarantee that daily sales and collections are submitted on time.
• Review daily delivery reports and flag any discrepancies in sales, collections, or delivery updates.
• Supervise the return of undelivered orders to the office, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
• Assist the Follow‑Up Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate follow‑up records, delivery status reports, and communication logs.
• Support rapid resolution of issues involving customers, delivery agents, or internal operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience with the ability to guide and manage teams.
• Background in operations management, preferably within logistics or courier services.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate performance data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• High integrity, accountability, and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Experience using operational tracking systems.
