About the role

We are seeking a Tanzanian Wireless Optimization Engineer with extensive experience in 4G and 5G networks to join a multi‑country managed services project based in Tanzania. The role operates within an NPM project environment, focusing on maintaining network KPIs from 2G through 5G and delivering high‑quality optimisation work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve network KPIs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G layers.
• Analyse drive‑test data and generate actionable insights.
• Implement and verify new features on live network layers.
• Collaborate on 4G/5G joint optimisation activities.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced project setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wireless network planning and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with Huawei network infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
