Manager Business Performance and Financial Analytics

About the role

The Manager Business Performance and Financial Analytics will lead performance management, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis for NBC. The role provides forward‑looking financial insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and report financial performance measures, monitor actual results against targets, and analyse variances for products and functions.
• Prepare monthly balance‑sheet and income‑statement reports, management accounts and group reporting packs.
• Partner with business heads to challenge budgets, identify cost‑efficiency opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Drive automation, data‑analytics and continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting and analytical processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and audit requirements, and support the Finance Management Committee.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Flexcube banking system.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
• Financial modelling and data‑analytics capabilities.
• Advanced use of management information systems for reporting and analysis.
