Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers on a variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, contracts and court documents.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.
• Support due‑diligence reviews and transactional work across multiple industry sectors.

Required profile

• LLB degree (Tanzanian or foreign) with at least Upper Second‑Class honors.
• Completed or currently completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
• Age 27 years or younger.
• Strong academic record and a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting of legal documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
