Legal Supervisor

About the role

The Legal Supervisor will lead the legal team, ensuring high‑quality legal support across the organization. This role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing contracts, and overseeing compliance and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the legal team to deliver consistent, high‑quality legal services.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to management on business decisions, policies, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage litigation, legal disputes, and regulatory investigations.
• Conduct legal research and keep the organization updated on relevant law changes.
• Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and staff training.
• Collaborate with external counsel when needed and monitor legal risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB); Master’s or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
