Lead Generator

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generator to support Absa Bank in Dodoma by introducing our banking products to potential customers and guiding them through the application process. The role involves ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified and securely handled while providing timely updates on application status.

Key responsibilities

• Present Absa Bank’s product features to prospective customers.
• Verify that customers provide all required documentation according to product specifications.
• Certify and complete customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Forward applications to the sales manager for review before submission.
• Maintain safe custody of customer documents and protect confidential information.
• Inform customers about the status of their applications.
• Gather market and competitor information from the field and report to leadership.
• Guide customers on available channels for feedback or complaints.

Required profile

• Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce or Management Studies (required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
