International Media Producer

About the role

Storytailors is looking for an International Media Producer to act as the primary liaison between global clients and local production teams. You will manage shoots from inception to final billing, coordinating both remotely and on‑set across various territories.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and local producers in your region.
• Pitch, budget, and oversee productions ranging from documentaries to commercials.
• Handle fast‑paced production tasks such as crew hiring, location scouting, permitting, and budgeting.
• Convert client inquiries into paid assignments without cold‑calling.
• Manage budgets, payments, and profitability for each project.
• Work on‑set for relevant shoots and coordinate remote teams as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level, spoken and written).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in media production, preferably on‑set.
• Strong budgeting knowledge.
• Extensive international production experience.
• Full‑time availability.
