Internal Investigation Supervisor & Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

About the role

One Acre Fund is looking for an Internal Investigation Supervisor and Coordinator on a fixed‑term basis to lead and manage internal investigations across its Tanzania program. The role will support compliance, risk mitigation, and the integrity of operations in Iringa and surrounding offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal investigations related to operational, financial, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate investigation activities across multiple offices, ensuring consistent processes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations, findings, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present investigation reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement recommendations and improve internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal investigations, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple locations within Tanzania.
• High level of integrity and discretion.
