Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to drive the HR agenda for GALCO Transport. This role focuses on implementing talent, performance, organisational development and learning initiatives that align with the company’s integrated capability strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement talent management processes, support recruitment, onboarding and talent data consolidation.
• Develop and communicate performance management tools, coach managers on goal setting, rating scales and performance conversations.
• Lead change initiatives, manage stakeholder communication, anticipate barriers and support capability building plans.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, maintain training data, and coach managers on L&D importance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, performance management, organisational development and learning & development.
• Strong ability to coach and support managers and employees on HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills for change communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to analyse talent data and translate insights into actionable plans.
