Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Arusha, Tanzania. You will produce visual assets that support our tutorial platform focused on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, helping designers of all levels improve their skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality social media graphics, logos, icons and branded illustrations using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and produce assets for tutorials and learning materials.
• Prepare production‑ready files optimized for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and stay up‑to‑date with current design trends.
• Contribute ideas that enhance the educational value of the platform.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Experience in logo design, branding and visual identity systems.
• Solid understanding of typography, font pairing and hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in educational or tutorial‑focused design is a plus.
