Executive Director, Evidence Synthesis & Statistics

About the role

RTI Health Solutions is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Evidence Synthesis & Statistics (ESS) capability. The role combines strategic scientific leadership with hands‑on delivery of complex analytical projects for global biopharma clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the ESS practice, establishing it as a market‑leading evidence generation and decision‑support service.
• Serve as senior scientific advisor to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on evidence synthesis methodology and strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance across a portfolio of evidence synthesis activities.
• Directly conduct advanced analyses, including Bayesian methods, causal inference, patient‑reported outcomes, survival analysis, mixed‑effects/hierarchical modeling, network meta‑analysis, MAIC and STC.
• Advise on integrated evidence strategies that align clinical development, HEOR, real‑world evidence, market access, and publication plans.
• Drive methodological innovation and continuous improvement in delivery.
• Lead business development, identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support client presentations.
• Collaborate with commercial and scientific leaders across RTI‑HS to expand the practice’s visibility.

Required profile

• Accomplished scientific leader with extensive experience in evidence synthesis and advanced statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to grow a capability, mentor teams, and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong track record of delivering high‑quality, integrated evidence solutions for global biopharma clients.
