Egocentric Video Data Collector (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to record first‑person (egocentric) video of everyday activities. The footage will be used to train next‑generation AI models and humanoid robots. The work is fully remote and contract‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Capture raw first‑person video of meaningful daily tasks in a variety of home or workspace environments.
• Wear a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses (provided) to record hands and objects interacting naturally.
• Follow strict recording specifications, including stable lighting, landscape orientation, 1080p resolution at 30/60 FPS, and proper camera angles.
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips when framing or duration requirements are not met.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone with a high‑quality camera (1080p, 30/60 FPS).
• Access to a functional residential or relevant workspace environment.
• Strong attention to detail to keep hands visible, avoid mirrors or reflections, and maintain steady framing.
• Privacy‑conscious: no faces of other people, personal IDs, or sensitive data may be captured.
• Self‑starter able to commit 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
