Digital Marketing & Web Designer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing & Web Designer to work on‑site in Tanzania. In this role you will combine web design expertise with digital marketing know‑how to build responsive, user‑centric websites and run effective social media campaigns that boost our clients’ online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Ensure visual consistency and strong brand representation across all digital touchpoints.
• Plan, create and execute social media campaigns, producing engaging digital content.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Update website content, design graphics and layouts, and manage social media accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored digital branding solutions.

Required profile

• Proficiency in web design, responsive design and user‑experience principles.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong graphic‑design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including social media management, content creation and basic SEO.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Previous agency or fast‑paced environment experience is an advantage.
