Data Systems Analyst – Savings Groups

About the role

The SG Data Systems Analyst will design, build, and manage digital data collection platforms that support HOPE International’s Savings Group programs worldwide. Working closely with program, monitoring, and technology teams, you will ensure data is accurate, accessible, and useful for decision‑making and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, deploy and maintain digital data collection systems such as CommCare and KOBO Collect.
• Manage system updates, form versions, user access, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, providing first‑line support to program teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, workflows, and changes.
• Support rollout, stabilization, and continuous improvement of data platforms.
• Deliver training and onboarding for staff and partners, especially in low‑connectivity environments.
