Chinese Translator

About the role

Support the Plant Manager with daily administrative and coordination tasks, including document preparation, translation between Chinese and English, and meeting support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and presentations needed for plant operations.
• Translate and facilitate communication between Chinese management and local employees.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate activities across different departments.
• Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Plant Manager to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and coordination abilities.
• Be responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Possess prior experience in a factory or administrative role, which is advantageous.
