Business Analyst – Enterprise Technology & Performance

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Enterprise Technology & Performance team within the Technology, Strategy & Transformation service line. Based in Dar es Salaam, you will work closely with clients and internal experts to design, develop, and optimise technology solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team in introducing, developing, implementing, optimising, and maintaining technology solutions.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and create customised solution approaches covering architecture, processes, deployment, and products.
• Advise customers on solution design and architecture, ensuring solutions are resilient, secure and performant.
• Define solution architecture, processes and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and other stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Take on project or team responsibilities as experience grows.

Required profile

• Strong passion for building high‑quality, secure and performant technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss and advise clients on solution design.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to assume responsibility for projects or teams.
• Background in business analysis, technology consulting or a related field.
