Audit Assistant Manager – Professional Services Firm

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships. You will ensure compliance with international reporting standards while contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit engagements and project delivery.
• Lead audit teams and supervise junior staff.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Review and resolve complex audit issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Report key audit findings to managers and partners.
• Identify client opportunities to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory).
• Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and audit best practices.
• Minimum of 4 years’ audit experience at Audit Senior level or equivalent, preferably in a reputable public accounting firm.
