About the role

Wing Data is seeking freelance Swahili speakers to help train next‑generation AI systems. You will record short audio and video clips, label content, and follow on‑screen instructions to create high‑quality human data for AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Record audio and video sessions in a clear, quiet environment.
• Follow detailed task instructions, including speaking, labeling, and reviewing prompts.
• Submit recordings that meet quality standards for AI training.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure requirements are understood.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swahili (native or near‑native proficiency).
• Access to a device capable of recording high‑quality audio and video.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet recording space.
• Availability to complete tasks ranging from 5 minutes to several hours.
