Warehouse Manager – Manufacturing (Tiles)

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods. The role supports uninterrupted production, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and drives operational excellence through effective warehouse management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and ERP/WMS management.
• Coordinate the timely supply of materials to production and the dispatch of finished goods.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse space, workflows, and inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor warehouse performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment, including at least three years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
