Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer to join AtoZ Group Limited in Arusha, Tanzania. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will capture and edit visual content that highlights our diverse manufacturing operations and social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video material for internal and external communication.
• Operate a range of cameras and set up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Organise and maintain media assets and equipment.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and cross‑functional teams to develop visual stories.
• Support campaigns, training resources, project documentation and event coverage.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production, from planning to post‑production.
• Experience in corporate, documentary or industrial videography is a plus.
• Relevant education or vocational training in film, media production or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Arusha.

Required skills

• Camera operation and handling of various video equipment.
• Lighting setup for diverse shooting environments.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
