Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer to join Naru Zanzibar, a travel and experience company that curates island tours, retreats and luxury travel content. You will capture the beauty and energy of Zanzibar and turn it into engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Film high-quality video across tours, hotels, events, beach activities and other island experiences.
• Create content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social channels.
• Produce footage of luxury travel moments such as dhow cruises, picnics, resorts and lifestyle scenes.
• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team on campaigns and shoots.
• Deliver finished videos quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in videography and content creation.
• Strong editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Comfortable filming with cameras, drones and iPhone.
• Reliable internet connection and workflow setup.
• Based in Tanzania or Zanzibar; candidates outside Zanzibar must be willing to relocate (housing support available).
