Tyre Sales Supervisor – Dar Region

About the role

The Tyre Sales Supervisor will lead the development and management of tyre customer channels across the Dar region, driving sales performance and expanding market presence. You will work closely with distributors, dealers, retailers and key accounts to achieve company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop tyre customer channels to meet sales targets and improve regional performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, distributors, dealers, retailers and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure growth and satisfaction.
• Implement credit management policies, monitor credit limits, follow up on collections and mitigate credit risks.
• Collect, analyse and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Conduct regular business trips within Mwanza and surrounding areas to acquire new clients.
• Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts and market feedback to management.
• Support promotional and marketing activities to increase product visibility.
• Ensure execution of sales strategies and achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tyre sales or automotive product sales.
• Established customer network and sales channels within the Dar region.
• Strong understanding of tyre products, market dynamics and sales strategies.
• Experience in credit management and debt collections.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
