Technical Operator – Engineering

About the role

The Technical Operator – Engineering will be responsible for operating production machinery at rated speed, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety standards in a beverage manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver production at rated speed.
• Capture data and carry out Quality at Source tasks.
• Perform CILT (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tightening) on own machine.
• Adhere to safety procedures and act accordingly.
• Maintain and operate assigned machinery safely.
• Keep the working area clean.
• Complete shift hand‑over reports.
• Execute maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Implement LOTOTO (Lock‑Out‑Tag‑Out‑Try‑Out) on assigned equipment.
• Accurately capture short‑interval control data.
• Conduct 5‑Why or RCPS analysis on equipment downtime.
• Embed quality and food‑safety culture in daily work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating and maintaining manufacturing or utilities equipment.

Required skills

• Machinery operation at rated speed.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• CILT (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tightening).
• LOTOTO (Lock‑Out‑Tag‑Out‑Try‑Out) implementation.
• Short‑interval control data capture.
• Root‑cause analysis using 5‑Why or RCPS.
• Quality at source data handling.
