Talent Pool – Operations & Logistics Support (Dar es Salaam)

About the role

Access World is creating a Talent Pool in Dar es Salaam for individuals who can be deployed across a variety of operational, warehousing, administrative and logistics coordination functions. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a global supply‑chain environment while supporting daily activities and future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse and handling operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods.
• Support documentation and customs processes, preparing required paperwork.
• Coordinate transport schedules and supply‑chain activities in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry using office tools.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, transport coordination and customs documentation.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work safely in an on‑site environment.
• Adaptable, problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Relevant education in logistics, business administration or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in logistics or warehousing in Tanzania or similar markets is advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy – email, spreadsheets and office tools.
• Proficiency in English; Swahili language skills considered beneficial.
