Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer will ensure the smooth, accurate, and reliable flow of materials, products, information, and services across our global security solutions business. Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, you will help maintain supply continuity, manage purchasing and inventory, and support delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day supply chain activities, including purchasing, order management, inventory, transportation, and delivery tracking.
• Prepare, place, and follow up on purchase orders and supplier requests in line with approved processes.
• Monitor supplier confirmations, lead times, order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding actions.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, inventory levels, shipping documents, and delivery information.
• Work with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve delays, shortages, quality issues, documentation gaps, and delivery discrepancies.
• Support inventory control activities such as stock monitoring, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
• Review demand, usage, and supply data to identify potential shortages, excess inventory, or supply risks.
• Assist with supplier performance monitoring (delivery, quality, cost, compliance).
• Ensure all purchasing and supply chain actions comply with company policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Verify shipping, receiving, and invoice information and help resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements, cost‑saving initiatives, risk mitigation, and supply chain projects.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Good communication skills for coordinating across functions.
