Storekeeper & Inventory Analyst

About the role

The company is seeking a Storekeeper & Inventory Analyst to manage stock movements, ensure accurate records, and support warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular physical counts.
• Inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Organize materials and goods in designated locations for optimal space use.
• Issue stock to authorized departments based on requisitions with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, track reorder points, and alert management of low stock.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, and compliance with fire regulations.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and movement trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Inventory Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.
