Solution Architect – Communication Services

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Solution Architect with hands‑on experience in Communication Services (CS Core and IMS). The role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions, translating customer needs into detailed technical offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake product deployment and configuration of Communication Services products.
• Prepare and execute system, module and acceptance tests.
• Work with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issues.
• Maintain and update solution documentation.
• Provide feedback to R&D on possible portfolio enhancements.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and share solution insights to enable customer competence building.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and business acumen.
• Results‑driven with strong planning and organizing skills.

Required skills

• MSC‑S, MGW, CTC (CS Core portfolio).
• MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, ENUM (IMS portfolio).
• Cloud / NFVI technology, cloud infrastructure, software virtualization.
