SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimise advertising spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand and optimise keyword portfolios to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize on‑page elements, meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Launch, monitor and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximise ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword strategies and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure zero downtime.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript constraints is a plus.
