SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The successful candidate will boost organic traffic, improve search visibility, and manage advertising budgets to achieve our growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for better user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to fix technical issues such as site speed, crawlability, and broken links.
• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Monitor competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply for uninterrupted work.
