Senior Sales Executive

About the role

KitchenSpot is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead B2B sales efforts in the hospitality sector across Tanzania. Based in Arusha, you will work on‑site with a seasoned team to grow the company’s market share by developing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, lodges and other B2B customers.
• Manage key client accounts and build long‑term relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Visit clients regularly, gather market intelligence and coordinate with internal teams on product availability and delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure timely order follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate sales records, report on pipeline and performance.
• Represent KitchenSpot at industry events and meetings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel supply, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective regional sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Swahili is a plus.
• Solid organisational and time‑management abilities, including accurate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within Tanzania and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Professional integrity and a customer‑centric mindset.
