Senior Operations Manager – Device Global Logistics

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the K‑Flex Operations team within Device Global Logistics, driving strategic initiatives that enable Amazon’s device ecosystem to scale globally. You will work across multiple functions, partner with 3PL leaders, and travel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, cross‑functional initiatives across Transportation, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance.
• Partner with supply‑chain experts to influence strategic business initiatives for global scaling.
• Collaborate with 3PL field leaders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Analyze operational barriers, identify root causes, and assess financial impact.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and 3PL partners to remove daily operational obstacles.
• Drive operational consistency through network‑wide process standardization.
• Evaluate global warehouse topology and facility design to optimize network efficiency.
• Conduct business reviews with senior leadership, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Travel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile
