Senior Network Planning and Optimization Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Planning and Optimization Engineer to join a global technology solutions provider. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the performance of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks within a Network Performance Management (NPM) project.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs for 2G‑5G networks and improve basic network quality (SINR) using DT logs.
• Implement, verify and validate new 2G‑5G features and functions.
• Optimize P3 crowd‑testing activities to enhance overall network quality and user experience.
• Analyze performance indicators, recommend optimization strategies and perform troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with planning, implementation and optimization teams to meet project objectives.
• Prepare detailed optimization reports, performance analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for wireless network performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in network planning and optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.

Required skills

• 4G/5G collaborative optimization expertise.
• Proficiency with PHU, U2020, QGIS and Microsoft Excel.
