Senior IP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IP Engineer to design, implement, and deliver advanced IP network solutions for enterprise and carrier environments. The role involves leading technical discussions, shaping network architectures, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex IP network architectures involving more than 100 network elements.
• Lead customer requirement clarification sessions and develop executable technical solutions.
• Configure, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot core IP protocols such as MPLS, SRv6, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, IS‑IS, and VPN technologies.
• Produce high‑quality design documentation, implementation and migration plans, and technical reports.
• Perform network optimization, performance analysis, capacity planning, and continuous service improvement.
• Act as Project Technical Leader, managing implementation schedules, technical risks, and milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in IP network design, solution architecture, and large‑scale project delivery.
• Strong technical leadership and customer‑engagement skills.
• Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve complex network faults.
• Experience working in fast‑paced IT/ICT environments.
