Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will lead the integrated HR service platform for a high‑impact business unit, ensuring seamless delivery of HR processes and alignment with strategic objectives. This senior position reports to the Head of Human Resources and works closely with executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and alignment of interconnected HR processes and the HR service platform across assigned business units.
• Serve as the primary advisor for managers and employees on operational HR processes, applying established programs and guidelines.
• Manage workforce planning activities, including skill‑gap analysis, succession planning data, and support for critical recruitment flows.
• Administer the end‑to‑end performance service platform, guiding performance management procedures and formal Performance Improvement Plans.
• Execute the employee‑relations system, handling mid‑level grievances, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance.
• Drive implementation of localized HR process changes, system updates, and organizational redesigns while minimizing disruption.
• Conduct regular compliance checks, support internal audits, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Analyze HR process data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend process optimizations.
• Liaise with the HR Shared Services team to ensure integrated execution of recruitment, compensation, and administration tasks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional (Professional Development Step 7‑9) with extensive experience in HR service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex HR processes, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Strong investigative and employee‑relations expertise, including grievance handling and compliance.
• Experience leading change initiatives, system updates, and organizational redesigns.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of reporting to senior executives and coordinating with shared services.
