Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Officer

About the role

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Officer will support the company’s financial performance by leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting. The role provides actionable financial insights that drive strategic decisions, improve operations and foster business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, coordinate submissions from all departments and monitor performance against budget.
• Produce monthly management reports, variance analyses and dashboards, highlighting revenue, cost and profitability trends.
• Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis and business performance reviews to identify risks, opportunities and support investment appraisals.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data, support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Partner with department heads to deliver clear financial guidance, ad‑hoc analysis and presentations for both finance and non‑finance audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA (T), ACCA or equivalent) is essential.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, corporate finance or financial reporting within a commercial environment.
• Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reports and financial models.
