Senior Energy Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to lead and deliver energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. The role combines technical system design, on‑site solar PV installation, and business development to expand our client base in the renewable sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead energy efficiency and renewable energy projects from concept to completion.
• Design and optimise energy‑efficiency systems and renewable energy solutions.
• Conduct energy audits and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Install and maintain residential and commercial solar PV systems.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or Business/Engineering for sales focus).
• 5+ years experience in the energy sector, including project management.
• 3+ years sales or business development experience in renewable energy.
• Professional certification in energy engineering preferred.
• Technical diploma in electrical/mechanical fields for installation duties.
• Valid driver’s licence.
