Senior E&I Supervisor

About the role

The Senior E&I Supervisor will lead electrical installation activities on construction sites, focusing on medium‑voltage (MV) cable terminations and testing up to 33 kV. The role demands strong coordination, strict safety discipline, and the ability to guide technicians and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all E&I installation and site execution tasks.
• Ensure safe and correct execution of cable terminations up to 33 kV, including work methods, tools, workmanship, and testing readiness.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee cable testing activities up to 33 kV and liaise with testing teams.
• Enforce site safety rules, permit‑to‑work procedures, and proper PPE usage.
• Monitor installation quality and verify compliance with technical standards and procedures.
• Lead technicians and subcontractors, allocating tasks, supervising daily work, and following up on performance.
• Prepare accurate site reports and handover documentation as required by the project.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineering degree (preferred) or equivalent background.
• Proven experience supervising electrical works, especially MV cable terminations and testing up to 33 kV.
• Solid understanding of termination procedures, cable accessories, and safe working methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities in a site environment.
• High safety awareness and capability to enforce standards under pressure.
