Senior Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will own the end‑to‑end management of client accounts, ensuring strategic goals are met and campaigns deliver strong performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their objectives and requirements.
• Develop monthly content planners and innovative campaign ideas.
• Brief designers, copywriters, and video producers, and follow up on production, feedback, and approvals.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to guarantee timely content publishing.
• Collaborate with media buyers to monitor and optimise campaign performance.
• Provide clients with regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements for client accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital advertising.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised with strong follow‑up and deadline‑management skills.
