Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will oversee the safety and protection of static warehouse facilities. This role ensures that security service providers meet performance targets and that all security systems operate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security service providers, monitoring KPIs, CCTV, access control, and perimeter security.
• Administer daily, weekly and monthly reports; respond to emails and phone inquiries.
• Conduct incident investigations, route surveys and vendor audits.
• Continuously improve security strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide training on security awareness, prevention and response to relevant personnel.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous military or police training is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
