Sales Supervisor – Construction Materials

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our construction projects by promoting a full range of building materials. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship‑building abilities with a solid understanding of the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and project clients.
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on new construction project opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee on‑time product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, ceramics, or building materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
