Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will join Dual Creative’s on‑site team in Dar es Salaam to drive new business for the agency’s 360° creative, branding and marketing services. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships and closing sales deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across target markets.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop, present and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Effective client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Good planning and organizational capabilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably within marketing or advertising, is a plus.
