Sales & Operations Field Coordinator

About the role

The Sales & Operations Field Coordinator will oversee and coordinate field sales activities and operational functions across the territory. This role ensures efficient warehouse processes, fleet management, facilities upkeep, call centre performance, and growth of the retailer network while supporting revenue generation and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, auditing and safe distribution of inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate fleet utilization, fuel tracking, servicing, licensing, insurance and compliance.
• Oversee facilities and office infrastructure to maintain safe and functional work environments.
• Track call centre performance, customer service standards and issue resolution.
• Supervise Field Agents, ensuring adherence to call cycles, retailer visits and operational standards.
• Recruit, develop and maintain a productive retailer network within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular audits of retailers and Field Agents for compliance and performance.
• Support sales performance measurement and implement initiatives to improve growth.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams, service providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse, logistics or facilities management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration, field operations or retail network management.
• Experience in FMCG, gaming, telecommunications, distribution or similar field‑based industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
