Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our installment sales business. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and growing sales across multiple channels while ensuring strong customer relationships and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the overall installment sales strategy, set targets and drive achievement.
• Develop and maintain sales channels such as retail stores, distributors, dealers, agents and financial partners.
• Create sales programs, promotional policies and incentive schemes tailored to regions, channels and products.
• Track and analyse key indicators (sales volume, penetration, conversion, repayment performance, channel performance) and propose improvement plans.
• Manage the sales team: set targets, monitor performance, provide daily coaching and develop capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Marketing, Finance and external partners to resolve operational issues and enhance processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor installment policies and financial products, offering recommendations for business improvement.
• Support risk management by monitoring customer qualification, repayment performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in installment sales, consumer finance, mobile phone/3C installment sales or a similar business.
• Deep understanding of installment sales models, channel operations, sales processes and KPIs.
• Proven ability in channel development, business negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Experience leading a sales team, including target setting, performance tracking and coaching.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Result‑oriented, market‑aware, capable of executing under pressure.
