Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities for a software solutions provider in Dar es Salaam. You will engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and promote the company’s products and services to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and master software demos for clients.
• Maintain and grow strong customer relationships.
• Track market trends and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Passion for software products and technology.
• Excellent written English and strong presentation skills.
• Highly creative, autonomous, and results‑driven.
• Existing business network and experience in sales or business development.
