Sales and Relationship Manager (Telecoms/Carrier)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑level Strategic Account Manager to lead our relationships with major mobile network operators in Tanzania. This senior position bridges the Tanzanian telecom market with our global corporate structure, requiring deep local knowledge and international business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for 4G/5G/6G infrastructure deals with Tier‑1 operators.
• Act as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, influencing long‑term CAPEX and technology roadmaps.
• Navigate a multi‑national corporate ecosystem and translate global standards to local teams.
• Own end‑to‑end account success, from initial engagement through project delivery and managed‑services handover.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of ICT/telecom sales experience with carrier networks.
• Proven record of closing multi‑million‑dollar contracts and managing multi‑year agreements.
• Degree or professional experience from a UK, US, European or North American institution.
• Native‑level expertise in the Tanzanian telecom sector, including regulatory environment and key market players.
